At Purchesa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all purchases made on purchesa.com by US customers.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used beauty, skincare, or personal care products (for health and hygiene reasons), unless defective or incorrect.
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full return or replacement regardless of the above exceptions. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Log into your Purchesa account and go to the “My Orders” section.
2. Select the order and click “Request a Return” and provide a brief reason.
3. Once approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions and the return shipping address.
4. Ship the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by Purchesa.

In the case of defective or incorrect items, Purchesa will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If a refund is not received within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, shade, or variant, include your exchange request when submitting your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Support at contact@purchesa.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, email contact@purchesa.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are honored on a best-efforts basis as orders may enter fulfillment quickly.

Cancellation After Shipment:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery of the package, or follow our standard return process once you receive the item. Shipping charges for refused packages may be deducted from your refund.

9. Refund Timeline for Cancellations

Approved cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of your Purchesa account pending investigation.
